A mysterious elf from Tir Taingire, the foreigner speaks only Serethiel - and a tough to understand and decipher dialect to boot. He's actually a veteran, a disgruntled veteran of the Lodge.

The fourth member of the team for the trial run, the foreigner is difficult to understand and interacting with him is difficult. James is particularly annoyed by the elf's presence and inability to communicate and will repeatedly mock him.
He will turn rogue at Apartment 303, where James will attack the civilian and try to kill him. If you kill him, you will earn the Lodge's favor. If not, and you eliminate James, the mission will be scrubbed and the elf and Jana will go on the run from the Lodge and its vengeance.
Killing him was expected - the Lodge deliberately added him to the crew to make your run more difficult as an examination.
