Plotz appears as a decker at the end of the run and its ultimate challenge. You confront him as Blitz in the Matrix. He will instantly create an ESP which will go for the turrets in the meatspace and hack them, while he goes for you.
He is tougher than your average decker, but with Erosion and some luck, you should be able to take him down in six Matrix turns - then run like hell for the turrets and turn them onto your side. Obviously, the fight will be easier if you have choosen upgrades for Blitz which improves his decking.
