Drone basics[ | ]

  • Drones have a maximum range of 21 for pistols (standard), 24 for smgs and shotguns, 28 for rifles, and 32 for snipers.
  • Drones are fully repaired automatically upon returning to a hub, even if reduced to 0HP.
  • Drones also replenish any consumables used for free upon returning to a hub.
  • Drones can be repaired during missions using Drone Repair Kits.
  • Drone stats are only affected by the drone combat skill and are completely unaffected by drone control or intelligence. Therefore, it is recommended to only invest in intelligence and drone control enough to unlock the drones and the rank of drone combat desired.
  • Drone stats in the tables do not include the bonuses to damage and armor from the Drone Combat skill.

Attack Drones[ | ]

  • In the Hong Kong campaign, there are now variants of each attack drone design, equipped with weapons for different ranges. Assault variants use an SMG style weapon which benefits from similar abilities to those found in the SMG tree. Roomsweeper variants (Steel Lynx MkII roomsweeper) use a shotgun style weapon. Sniper variants use a sniper rifle style weapon.
  • Standard variants have a magazine capacity of 99. Assault variants have 60, Auto variants have 40, and Sniper variants have 6.
  • All Attack Drones get the Basic Repair ability, which can be used only one time per mission and repairs 10 hit points to the drone.

Support Drones[ | ]

  • Support Drones trade weapon abilities for a limited number of grenades and medkits.
  • In the Hong Kong campaign, there are now variants of each support drone design which offer different primary weapons designed with a greater emphasis on utility. The Assist variant uses a target marking system as opposed to the drone mortar.
  • Standard Support Drones have a mortar for a weapon, with 1 AoE (but only if it hits), and a magazine capacity of 3.
  • DrugMule shoots stun darts that do AP damage rather than regular damage and does not have an AoE like other support drone attacks. The DrugMule can also "shoot" hyper at your teammates in a similar fashion to how it shoots stun darts at the enemy. Grants +6% Accuracy
  • Drones replenish any consumables used for free between missions.
